Booking Policies

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go towards your total amount. The remaining balance will need to be paid at the end of our session. Deposits are accepted via cashapp ($kdotmediastudios) or zelle. Cash is also acceptable for the remaining balance.

Travel Fees

Prices listed are for in-studio sessions only. Travel fees for on-location shoots are not included and will be quoted upon request.

Image Selection

Following your session, you will receive a private online gallery to select the images you would like edited. Additional images may be purchased for $10 each and must be paid for before editing begins.

Turnaround Time

Edited images will be delivered within 7-14 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays), please book accordingly . A rush fee can be added at an additional cost (please inquire if interested). Please inquire about turnaround time for weddings.

Final Delivery

Final images will be delivered via email through a secure Dropbox link. Please note that unedited (or RAW) images are not provided. Unedited images are not an accurate representation of my work and additional edits will need to purchased for release.

No Show/Cancellations

Reschedule fee for photoshoot sessions are $30 and must be paid in advance before a new appointment is made. No call/No Shows will result in forfeit of deposit. It is up to the photographers discretion if a rebook is allowed with a submission of a new deposit.

Copyright & Ownership

All photos are owned by the photographer/website unless otherwise stated. Visitors cannot download, reproduce, or distribute images without written permission. Clearly state if some images are stock or licensed with credit requirements.

Website Use of Photos

Images may be used to promote services on the website, social media, or marketing unless clients opt out in writing. Photos cannot be altered or misrepresented by third parties.

User-Submitted Photos (if applicable)

By submitting photos, users grant the site a non-exclusive license to display them. Users confirm they own rights to photos and have permission from any recognizable people in them.

Watermark & Protection

Photographs may contain watermarks to deter unauthorized use. Digital tracking may be used to monitor unauthorized reproduction.

Liability Disclaimer

The website is not responsible for misuse of images by third parties.
